Correct installation starts before the first sheet is fixed. Importers should issue the product-specific manual with the purchase order and confirm that site teams are working from the same revision.
On delivery
- Check pallet wrapping, labels, board edges and flatness.
- Store boards flat, supported and protected from weather and ground moisture.
- Follow the manufacturer’s acclimation requirements before installation.
During installation
- Use the specified cutting method and control dust.
- Use compatible corrosion-protected fasteners at the stated spacing and edge distance.
- Follow the approved joint, movement-joint, membrane and coating system.
- Do not substitute accessories based only on visual similarity.
Before finishing
Confirm moisture condition, surface cleanliness and compatibility with primers, adhesives or laminates. Record batch labels and keep representative samples for the project file.
