Off-site construction can use MGO-based boards across wall lining, exterior sheathing, floor layers, wet-area pods and composite panels. Repeatable dimensions and factory-controlled finishing are attractive, but the complete module or panel remains the unit that must perform.

Prototype before production
Build a representative panel or module and test joints, fasteners, adhesive cure, transport vibration and finish quality. Moisture conditions can differ between the factory, ocean shipment and final site, so packing and acclimation are part of the specification.
